Private Alexander Technique Lessons:

$125 for 60 minutes

 Group Class Offering in May (Women only) : 

Now accepting sign-ups for those interested in participating in an introductory Alexander Technique and Therapeutic Dance/Movement class. Helen will lead students through the embodiment of the Alexander Technique principals and therapeutic dance/movement experiential exercises.

Cost: $20/per person
